The cosmetic bottles of cosmetic packaging bottle manufacturers are an important part of the promotion of cosmetics companies. The beautifully designed cosmetic packaging will attract consumers to a greater extent and help improve the sales performance of the company. In addition to making a fuss about cosmetic packaging, more and more companies are now paying more attention to highlighting product themes and taking the road of low carbon and environmental protection.

Material demand In order to achieve sustainable development of packaging, bio-based biodegradable materials have emerged and have gradually become a hot topic in the industry. Structural design requirements are very important for cosmetics, and it is directly related to product quality. Most of the first-layer packaging of cosmetics are plastic containers, and the structural design of plastic containers is inseparable from the choice of materials and molding processes. Commonly used plastic materials can be divided into soft materials and hard materials in terms of texture, namely, typical soft materials represented by PE and PP, and typical hard materials represented by ABS and PMMA.

Common molding processes for plastic containers include injection molding, hollow molding, injection-blow stretch molding, etc. However, no matter which molding process is selected, the sealing design and capacity design of the plastic container are very important.
